Pool Maintenance 13/12/2023 When we moved in it was clear the pool would need to be refinished. We decided to do a pebble finish and JB Pool came highly recommended by a pool maintenance crew we had used. Everyone we interacted with was so friendly and very easy to work with. Leticia is very responsive and answered all of my questions fully and promptly, even when I would reach out on the weekend. Carlos even came back several times to make sure the chemicals were balanced. The before and after photos are incredible. It looks like a completely different pool! Obviously, we hope to refinish our pool only once, but if we do stay in this house long enough to have to do this again, we won't hesitate to call Jose!

Pool Renovation 15/09/2023 We are so happy to share our experience with JB Pools. When Jose (Owner) came to look at our pool and give us a estimate. He was kind, knowledgeable, confident and precise. Our pool needed new concrete coping all the way around including our surrounding steps. Our pool had a leak in the rock overflow. Our old coping woud have to be removed completely. His crew was amazing! They were always on time. They were "perfectionists" at what ever skill they were providing. They were all so polite and always cleaned up. They were the hardest working men I have ever seen, most of the time they never took breaks or lunch. They came to complete a task and that's exactly what they did. We ended up getting our original pebble replaced with the new mini pebble finish which is beautiful and also smoother on your feet. Jose suggested adding the new Puerto Rico Blend & Abalone shells. Which adds so much bling! At the beginning we said to Jose "We just want our pool to look as beautiful as it did, when it was built. Jose replied "It will look better"! We now have to agree it does LOOK BETTER! We "Love" our pool and are so "Thankful" that we chose, Jose and His beautiful Christian family!

Pool Replaster 01/02/2023 When I called for an appointment for a bid to replaster my existing pool & spa a time was set that was convenient for me. The bid included each item that I was interested in; a salt system, an autofill, a new heater, and replacing the deck-o-seal. Jose explained the benefits of pebble versus plaster. I decided to go with pebble, as it should last several years longer. Once I decided to accept the bid, they were able to start the next week. Leticia did a great job of keeping me informed when workers would be coming. The crews were respectful, always leaving the job site clean. When the water level in the spa would drop when the pump was off, they patiently worked problem solving the issue until it was resolved. Payments were due as each step of the process was completed. They did the work in a timely manner, and I was happy to pay as agreed. They honored the contract every step of the way. Thank you for an excellent job.

New Pool 22/12/2022 We used JB Plastering to do a structural repair and remodel of our pool. Jose the owner, suggested ways to strengthen the pool since we live on a hill with neighbors down the slope. The repairs as well as other suggestions to beautify the pool came out looking good. Jose's people were very professional and delivered on schedule. They were courteous and cleaned up after their work. The front office led by Leticia always kept us informed regarding the scheduling. I would highly recommend JB Plastering for your repair and/or remodel of your existing pool as well as a brand new pool.

Inground pool installation 09/08/2022 Jose made the pool building process very easy. JB pool plastering came highly recommended to me and Jose gave me the most competitive pool quote out of the 7-8 quotes I got. He was the one builder who did not ask me what other pool quote estimates I had gotten from other builders, His price was his price. He also only asked for the 1k deposit upfront which was surprising for me. He had dug the hole, rebarred and plumbed before asking for his first installment as stated in the contract . He was extremely professional and nice throughout the whole process, always answering and returning my phone calls. He doesn't subcontract out a lot of his work like a lot of pool builders. He has a team of people who do alot of the work and he owns a lot of the equipment used in the pool building process. His few subcontractors were all top notch and their work was top of the line. I did a lot of research prior to starting this process and I am happy that I chose Jose to build my pool. He gave me a timeline of 3 months and delivered in a week shy of 3 months. Only piece of advice I would say is to know exactly what you want (water features, size, etc) prior to getting a quote because he moves fast. He has done a killer remodel for my coworker and is in the process of doing a remodel of my parents' pool. Definitely would have Jose build me another pool or recommend him to anyone. Swimming pool contractor 06/08/2021 Jose headed up a professional crew that left my old worn out pool looking like new. They come in professional crews and each group is the best at what they do. They removed my plaster and cleaned up in one day, then did the completed tile in one day, and then re-pebble teched the entire pool and jacuzzi. Jose is an honest businessman that get the job done with the crew he has working. He KNOWS the pool plastering business and works with them to make sure all the fine details are taken care of. Pool re-plastering 06/05/2021 JB Pool Plastering re-plastered our spa with Aqua White StoneScape pebble and glass bead mix and it turned out fantastic. They also did a great job on the restoration of the rockscape. The quality was excellent and the crew was professional, considerate and took pride in their workmanship. We consider JB Pool Plastering as being a good value.

Pool re-plastering 06/05/2021 Jose was very nice and my pool looks amazing! My plaster was 25 years old and chipped. Jose’s guys drained my pool on Monday, plastered on Tuesday and we were swimming by Saturday. Great job!
